How to call Rosie
To call Rosie, press and hold the large physical button for 3 seconds and release.
You will hear a beeping sound and then a recording saying “Connecting you to your Rosie Assistant now.”
Do not press the button again after you hear the beeping sound, as this will cancel the call.
You will then be connected to your Rosie Assistant.
Will Rosie call me out of the blue?
We may call you from time-to-time to check up on you, wish you a Happy Birthday, or confirm your contact details.
What can I use Rosie for?
Rosie provides help at the press of a button, and is primarily there to provide emergency assistance.
If you have the Rosie Plus package our Rosie Assistant can help you with a myriad of tasks including, booking tickets to a show, finding a plumber to fix that leaking tap, organising a taxi to the shops or even ordering flowers for your friend!

Testing — How do I know my Rosie service is working?
To ensure your Rosie service is working correctly, every month on the date of your birth (or an alternate date that is easy to remember) you should test your pendant.
Push the button (as described here) and talk to one of the Rosie Assistants.
Let them know that you are just testing your pendant.

All calls are answered within Australia.

How do I charge the pendant?
To charge the pendant, ensure that the USB charger is plugged in and connected to the charging dock.
Place the pendant in the charging dock.
When the pendant is charging, a small lightning bolt icon appears across the charging bars and the screen stays on.
How long does the battery last?
With normal use, the battery will last 24-48 hours.
The battery indicator icon on the screen shows how much battery is left. If the indicator shows a number less than 25%, the battery is low and will need to be charged.
The pendant can still be used while in the charging dock.
