Vitalcare’s Delivery and Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders.

Vitalcare Pty Ltd ensures all orders are dispatched within 7 business days from our warehouse at Lane Cove West NSW.

We keep track of your Pendant delivery with Tracking and a Signature on Delivery services.

One you have placed an order on our website (Rosie.help), you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that this is generated by our system, so please take a moment to check the contact and shipping details are correct on your confirmation email. If they are not — please contact us immediately via our contact form or email sales@rosie.help.

For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $20 for repacking and postage. If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

Vitalcare uses Australia Post as our main courier. Their average delivery times for parcels from time of dispatch are below:

Parcel Post (Standard Post, we do not currently offer Express Post)

New South Wales

Metro – 1 – 2 business days
Country – up to 5 business days

All other states

2-7 days

We will dispatch your order within 2 business days from the time of order

If no one is home to receive the order when Australia Post arrives, they will leave a card advising the nearest post office to collect your parcel.
